Returns & Refunds

1. TAP Return Policy
TAP would always ensure that the item is in good quality before an order is being sent out. However, things may happen. If item is in unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if it is delivered to TAP back within:

a) 3 days from arrival of package for local delivery.
b) 15 days from arrival of package for overseas delivery.

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. We will not accept requests for refund due to reasons such as change of mind or unsuitability of apparels.

Kindly inform TAP as soon as the defect is being noticed. TAP representative will then assist with the arrangements. Please do not mail the defect product back to us without receiving acknowledgment from TAP's representative.

2. Sale items
On sale items are non-refundable.

3. Return Postage
Shipping costs of the returned items are to be borne by the customer and TAP will not be liable until the item reaches us.

4. Refund
Refund will be processed as soon as the returned item reaches TAP. Customer would be updated accordingly.
